Stepping back in time, the year is 2009. The Recession is still at the forefront of most people’s minds, regardless of industry or job, and everywhere you look something needs improvement: the housing market, the job market, the stock market, etc. Two friends, Chris Murdock and Tom Milic, felt outsourced recruiting could use some positive changes as well, and started IQTalent Partners to simplify and improve talent acquisition in their own, unique way.
9 years later, it’s the firm’s 9th birthday and IQTalent Partners has reached several major milestones:
- From the end of 2009 until June, 2018, IQTalent Partners has gained 246 clients. If you break it down by average number of clients gained per year, IQTalent Partners has maintained a steady growth of 28 new clients each year since 2009.
- IQTalent Partners' workforce has increased from 5 employees in 2009 to 120 today - That's a growth of 2,400%!
- As of 2018, IQTalent Partners operates out of 12 states.
