Toronto – October 6, 2023 –Talent acquisition firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL; OTCQX: CWLPF) today announced that David Windley is stepping down as President of IQTalent and resigning from the Caldwell Board of Directors effective today.
Mr. Windley joined IQTalent as President in 2014 to lead strategic direction and day to day operation during a period of explosive growth. During his tenure Caldwell acquired IQTalent and merged the two companies to create a technology-powered talent acquisition firm specializing in recruitment at all levels.
“On behalf of the Board, I want to thank David for his leadership and dedication to IQTalent in the last nine years,” said Elias Vamvakas, Chairman of Caldwell’s Board of Directors. “He has been an important part of IQTalent’s trajectory, and we wish him every success in the future.”
Mr. Windley will act as a strategic advisor to the board going forward, and John Wallace, chief executive officer of Caldwell Partners, will serve as interim president of IQTalent effective immediately. Mr. Windley will also continue as executive chairman of IQRecruit, the talent search and candidate management platform that was spun-off from IQTalent in March.
“I am proud of the company culture, brand and business we have built,” said Windley. “I’m confident in IQTalent’s leadership team and feel that now is the right time to step down and turn my focus to IQRecruit.”
