Additionally, Postman indicated the ideal candidate would have experience in building a department from the ground up.  This person needed to understand the space, the market, the developers, and be a leader! Sound like finding a unicorn? Not to IQTalent Partners’ Ryan. He embraced the challenge and found eight excellent candidates within two weeks. ## The IQTalent Partners Difference Our IQTalent Partners consultants believe research is the key to success.  A Powerful Partnership with our team is developed through extensive research and authentic communication. In Ryan’s case with Postman, once he thoroughly understood their goals, he began a two-tiered research process: researching companies as well as researching candidates. He investigated technology companies that target the same audience as Postman, and then looked specifically for those which had experienced rapid growth through a startup phase and who were now entering a more mature corporate stage. Cross-referencing those companies with an examination of their employees allowed him to find eight excellent candidates that filled Postman’s needs. Upon gauging the interest of the candidates and their fit within the Postman culture, Ryan worked directly with Postman’s Recruitment Manager to evaluate the final candidates. Two weeks later, the Director of Customer Success role was filled in record time! ## The IQTalent Partners Model IQTalent Partners uses an innovative business model and approach to talent acquisition.
